Sailings from January to December

The Paep van Meinecom III sails the Meuse and adjoining lakes throughout the year. The operating base is at the pier at Tegelhuisje in Ophoven, near De Spaanjerd Marina. The most common routes are in the areas of Ophoven, Stevensweert, Maasbracht, Thorn and Maaseik. Other routes are available on request. We make the reservations for you.

Arrangements for groups

In order to allow visitors to enjoy as much of the Meuseland as possible in a day, Marec has outlined a number of tourist outings in and around Marec that includes a boat trip on the Paep van Meinecom III.

These day trips highlight the many facets of the Meuseland:

  • Kinrooi, with its numerous mills and countryside,
  • Thorn, the ‘white town’ in the Netherlands,

The Paep van Meinecom III galley can accommodate an extensive range of catering: soups, cold lunches, bread buffets with dessert if desired, warm and cold buffets in all price categories and cold dishes.

Our range of all-inclusive packages are well worth considering: we sail for the duration of your choosing while you enjoy a delicious meal accompanied by drinks. This offer comes in several price categories.

The Paep van Meinecom III is also the place to hold your reception. The options are numerous and can extend to a mini running buffet.

Border Towns Trip

The Border Towns Trip takes you on a journey of over 2.5 hours to Maaseik, Thorn, Stevensweert and Maasbracht. On request, you can enjoy a delicious meal during the journey.

Shuttle services for July and August

If there are only a few of you, you can take advantage of our July and August shuttle service on wednesday, saturday, sunday and public holidays in Belgium. Departure times are as follows:
